Gruppo Montenegro looks for a FACILITY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are looking for a a Facility Management Intern who will support our Facility Manager and our Contractor in registering the assets, verify their correspondence with regulatory compliance and any proposals for improvement / updating of our plants and our retail store.
 
Tasks & Responsabilities
  • On-site support (in the 4 production plants and a retail store) to the contractor company for the collection of all necessary information
  • Verification of the paper supports of the plants
  • Census of the following assets:
a. Heating systems
b. Cooling systems
c. Compressed air production plants
d. Electrical and emergency systems (Panels and switches)
e. Security and anti-intrusion systems
f. Lift systems
g. Fire prevention systems
h. Plumbing systems
i. Shelving and drive-in
j. Sectional doors, loading bays, rapid doors
k. Life lines, manholes and hatches
  • QR Code application in all plants
  • Insertion of all assets in the group management software with relative documentation, description and deadlines of the necessary maintenance interventions
Primary Requirements:
  • Degree in Management Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent Master
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Willingness to travel and move across the Italian territory in order to visit our plants and our retail store
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
